Exchange and Return Policy

Judith Arnell Jewelers exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase of non-discounted items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with proof of purchase. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Lab reports must be intact and in new condition. Watches and discounted items are not refundable or exchangeable. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed and store credit will be applied to your account. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts

Gift recipients will be issued for a merchandise credit only. Please call Judith Arnell Jewelers at (503) 227-3747 to process gift exchanges. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 707 SW Washington Street, Suite 1414, Portland, Oregon 97205. Please contact us beforehand for a return authorization number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As items are highly valuable, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
